Instead of telling the customer about your great business, tell them about the great business they could be benefitting from.

4) Network New Prospects:

Make a habit of asking your customers to recommend others who could benefit from the alpaca industry.

Whether you are on the phone or talking to the customer directly, remember to smile - it's one of the most important sales devices you can use!
